  33. I had this problem with gnome@mag-net.co.uk not having a site
  34. (local domain) name.

  36. I since discovered that my provider is handling me as if I was
  37.   gnome@gnome.mag-net.co.uk

  39. Though their helpdesk denied this, I ran "hostname" and it returned
  40.   "gnome.mag-net.co.uk"

  42. So I suggest you try posting to "ben@ben.dircon.co.uk".  Doesn't the
  43. helpdesk one work?  I had no problem sending to helpdesk@mag-net.co.uk.
  44. If you still have trouble, phone dircon on voice & ask for help.
